Raushan Hammond is an actor, director, writer, and magician best known for his memorable role as Thud Butt, one of the Lost Boys in Steven Spielberg’s beloved 1991 film Hook. At just nine years old, Hammond appeared alongside Robin Williams, Dustin Hoffman, Bob Hoskins, Julia Roberts, and a talented young cast in the fantastical return to Neverland. Following Hook, Hammond continued working in television, appearing in popular series including Tales from the Crypt, Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper, ER, and Family Matters. He later returned to film with a role in 24 Hours in Las Vegas. In the years since, Hammond has continued his career as an entertainer and magician while maintaining a connection with the fans who grew up watching Hook. His portrayal of Thud Butt remains one of the film’s most memorable Lost Boys.
